Terms of Use

By creating an account or using AuraWallet, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

AuraWallet is a personal finance app that lets you record accounts, transactions, categories, recurring payments, and investments across multiple currencies. The app surfaces summaries, trends, forecasts, and insights based on the data you enter. Aura Wallet is informational; it is not financial advice and is not a substitute for a licensed financial advisor.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aurawallet.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

• AuraWallet offers an optional Premium tier with a free 30-day trial. After the trial, Premium access requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off in your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at signup.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refund requests are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies, not by AuraWallet directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or financial data.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use the service in a manner that overloads or impairs our infrastructure.

The financial data you enter belongs to you. You grant AuraWallet a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

AuraWallet is provided “as is” and “as available”. Market data, exchange rates, and dividend information are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular financial decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraWallet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial outcome, arising from your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The AuraWallet name, logo, app design, source code, and content (other than your financial data) are the property of FomeThings and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FomeThings is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
